• Payment information — payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank credentials on our servers. We receive payment status, order ID, payment ID, amount, and payment method from Razorpay after a successful transaction.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) may be recorded by our hosting providers for security and reliability.

How we use your information

• To confirm your workshop registration and grant access to the live session and recording.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and workshop-related updates by email.
• To process refunds where applicable under our Refund Policy.
• To maintain internal records of enrollments and payments.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

Third-party services

We use trusted third parties to operate this service:

• Razorpay — payment processing. Their privacy practices are governed by Razorpay’s Privacy Policy.
• Email delivery — confirmation and reminder emails may be sent via our email service provider.
• Hosting — our website and backend are hosted on cloud infrastructure (e.g. Vercel, Render, MongoDB Atlas).

These providers only receive data necessary to perform their services.

Data retention

We retain enrollment and payment records for as long as needed to fulfil the workshop, handle refunds or disputes, and comply with applicable law. You may request deletion of non-essential data by contacting us, subject to legal and accounting obligations.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, secure payment processing via Razorpay, and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
