Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident booking Claude Masterclass. This Refund Policy applies to all paid registrations for our live workshop and included recording access.

Workshop details

• Event: Claude Masterclass — live 90-minute AI workshop
• Date: 5 July 2026
• Fee: ₹999 (one-time payment, inclusive of live access and recording where offered)

Eligible refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 1 hour of your successful payment, for any reason.
• We cancel or significantly reschedule the workshop and you are unable to attend the new date.
• Technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing the live session and we cannot provide a satisfactory alternative (recording link, re-stream, etc.).

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

• More than 1 hour has passed since your payment was completed.
• You miss the live session but recording access was provided as advertised.
• You are unable to attend due to personal scheduling conflicts after the 1-hour window.
• A refund request is made after the workshop has taken place, except where required by law or at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email mrbobbyigofficial@gmail.com with:

• Your full name and registered email address
• Date of payment
• Razorpay payment ID or order ID (found in your payment confirmation email or bank/UPI receipt)
• Brief reason for the request (optional within the 1-hour window)

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.

Refund processing

• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout (UPI, card, netbanking, etc.) via Razorpay.
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. In some cases it may take up to 10 business days.
• Once a refund is issued, your workshop seat and access to live session / recording will be revoked.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund automatically or may choose to transfer your seat to a rescheduled date, if one is offered. We will notify you by email at the address provided during registration.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve issues directly and will process valid refunds in accordance with this policy.
